I will call these: Setups. Most Cores have requirements which have to be set up. Most Infinite Combos contain 2 attacks which are played in a loop. Slay the Spire - Infinite Combos.

46 Achievements 15,863 Points 7,531 Steam Points 23h 37m Fastest Completion Time 189h 50m Median Completion Time 180 Players. With some patience, you can do Purity, Come At Me, The Pact, Impervious, Barricaded, Jaxxed all in one battle because they need roughly the same amount of cycling and time, and you just need to add one card for each different achievement.Slay the Spire Slay the Spire. This is a topic I’ve put some thought into. To avoid having to respond individually to all of these requests, I decided to try to give my thoughts on the most efficient ways to obtain each one. A Guide to Some Slay the Spire Achievements (Part 1) Practically every day, I see people ask for advice on a few of the achievements in Slay the Spire. It takes around 200 hours to unlock all of the achievements in the base game.
Endless Agony also speeds this up nicely.Might as well change the achievement requirement to: Obtain the Ice Cream relic.Alternatively, Burst combined with Adrenalines with sometimes extra energy from relics will also get you there. Mercury Hourglass, Tingsha, Bronze Scales) or play as The Silent and you can use all the poison cards (except for Poisoned Stab) in addition to Caltrops, A Thousand Cuts, Wraith Form, etc.Aside from doing Purity with a decksize larger than 23, this achievement counts any Exhaust cards. Most importantly, it counts Shivs, so play as The Silent and get as many Shiv generators as possible. Make sure to not use Neutralize to not screw up the math.Have 3 or fewer cards in hand, draw, and discard pile combined.A Metallicize+Duel Wield deck with True Grit+/Burning Pacts is the slowest and the most solid deck to also win while doing this achievement, because really you just need a lot of time.Alternatively, get any card with Exhaust on Floor 1 and take your time against a Slime. The easiest way is to do nothing but block during a Thief encounter, and wait for it to escape.Metallicize+Duel Wield deck with a Flame Barrier or Bronze Scales will also do.Alternatively, get a relic that deals damage (e.g. One of the easier ways is to encounter a Slaver as The Silent at full HP, then let it hit you for 7 damage 3 times and 12 damage 4 times adding up to 69 damage in total allow you to win at 1HP. Shrug It Off – AdrenalineIf you happen to not get it at some point in the middle of the run, then you can set it up on floor 1 in multiple different ways.
If you’re lucky and get a Dead Branch as The Silent that generates Shivs you can easily gather enough buffs over time.Without Dead Branch it’s a bit tougher. It’s extremely annoying to go out of your way to get buff cards (and you need most of them to be powers) and having to draw all of them. Also pay attention to relic buffs and potions you own.One of the harder achievements.
Plague – PerfectDefeat 3 enemies with Poisons in a single combat. With some good planning and enough poison cards this can be done in any (preferably early) encounter with 3 enemies. The easiest way to accumulate poisons kills is the Gremlin Foreman Elite encounter on floor 1.Infinite Blades isn’t as good as one would think here. High HP encounters on floor 3, and the floor 3 boss.Noxious Fumes is good enough to start accumulating poison though Bouncing Flask is much better, then you just need to play the Catalysts when the time is right. After that’s done you can do this on the floor 2 boss. Getting a copy of Barricade speeds it up significantly.Same as above, though you really want a Barricade for this one.Apply 99 or more Poison on a single Enemy.Catalysts, preferably upgraded and having multiple copies, are essential here, because you’ll never stack 99 Poison through small increments. The Silent is slightly better in that it cycles faster and there’s less overlap of buffs from relics.Obtain a Limit Break+ and any method of gaining Strength, then stack Strength while stalling with armour on any low pressure encounter.Metallicize+Duel Wield is your friend.
Either wait a few turns with the Ice Cream relic, or pull off Burst+Adrenaline Rush+ should provide enough energy for all the drawing and Shiv generation necessary for the 25 cards.Probably the hardest achievement even when prepared. It’s also easier as The Silent because Shivs contribute to the 25 threshold. The NInja Scroll relic helps if you have a good starting hand.Extra energy is borderline essential to get this achievement.
Shuriken is also very good and having a Finisher or two can drastically improve your chances. To clarify, you can’t lose HP from a boss fight at all. The Bag of Marbles relic helps immensely. Having some potions will help especially for Strength and more energy. (resurrect, skipping your turn and even D&D are extremely tanky). The highest turn 1 burst damage build, aside from infinite combos, is probably The Silent with Shiv generation.
There are 9 in total, 3 different bosses on each floor. Ruby and EmeraldThese two achievements require you to beat the game once with both characters. Each achievement corresponds to defeating an unique boss at the end of a floor. As long as you can stop the charged ~30 attacks by forcing him to change form, he hits at most for 20dmg a turn or 12 when weakened, and that’s easy enough to stop incoming damage.
